Due to its stunning mountain scenery, the Porte du Soleil region provides a perfect location for golf courses. Avoriaz offers a 9-hole course complete with a stunning back drop of the Chaîne des Aravis, whilst nearby Les Gets has an outstanding 18-hole course for the serious golfers with panoramic views of the surrounding valleys.

Golf courses are at Les Gets and Avoriaz. The Morzine-Avoriaz golf course is a 9 hole 36 par course (04 50 74 01 11).

There are also courses at Chamonix Flaine, Megeve and the Royal Club at Evian.
